Very central location. Room is clean and equipped with everything you need. The air conditioning is essential in summer. Unfortunately when we showed up there was nobody there to welcome us. We tried ringing the doorbell and calling and nobody was picking up and it was quite late at night. Eventually I managed to get through to the owner on WhatsApp. He apologised and said he didn’t realise that we made a booking? I think he completely forgot about us. He did apologise by offering us a free breakfast and waiving the city tax which of course we appreciate but as you can imagine it’s not a nice experience being stranded in the middle of the night with nowhere to go… hopefully it won’t happen again to someone else.

Good location, elevator and easy to access. Communication with the landlord was great. No problems at all. The air conditioner could maybe get some maintenance as the room couldn’t get cool even when running the AC at 18°C, also the shower could get a deep cleaning. Quite some rust stains. All in all it was good.

We had a perfect stay! The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. We felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived, and everything made our stay easy and enjoyable. The location is fantastic as well—perfect for getting around and exploring the city. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great Location - good starting point for tourism and value for money, spacious room and bathroom. On the opposite side of the street there is a great spot for breakfast / quick grab - Gabrini N/a

We had a big, comfortable room for our family with two kids. Everything was just perfect: the location, very kind and helpful staff, a nice, clean, comfortable room and a spacious bathroom. I recommend this place for everyone with family, it made our Rome visit very unique. We even got a prepared information about all the places you should visit in Rome+recommendations about café’s, restaurants and shopping areas. Many thanks for Romerooms for making our trip so special.

Apartment was exactly the same as in the photos and seemed alot bigger. The staff was easy to contact and very helpful. An excellent location (walking) if you want to visit The Vatican, Sistine Chapel and St Peter's Basilica. If returning to Rome I would not hesitate to stay here again and great value for money. There wasn't anything I didn't like.
