Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices and was a great way to start the day. Most of all, the hotel staff were incredibly attentive, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

The location was very good. The hotel staff were very kind and very accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was very much enjoyed by our family. We traveled to Rome during a very hot period and unfortunately the hotel’s A/C in the lobby and dining area was very weak. So it was not very comfortable to sit or spend time in those areas. We knew the hotel was very old when we booked, but we had hoped that the room would have been more current/updated. It was not. Everything in the room seemed very dated. The fabric sitting chair in the corner of the room was badly stained, no one wanted to sit on it. One bathroom sink barely had any water flow and seemed to leak on around the countertop. There was a huge gap between the bathroom door casing and the drywall. Overall, the room was not close to our expectation. We would chose to stay at another property if we return to Rome.

Perfect location for an explore of Rome. The staff were so friendly. Would highly recommend The shower flooded the floor a bit if you had it on full. But that's such a minor point. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Rome.

Well located near the heart of the ancient ruins of Rome. Had a really nice breakfast and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and airconditioned, and quite comfortable.

Staff were great and location excellent, breakfast adequate. Room was not clean particularly the floor, very dated rooms, the bathroom had visible mould, shower curtain to cover external window, leaking tap we advised of that wet all the vanity. The vanity cupboards were all water damaged.

The hotel was central to significant sites such as the colosseum , Trevi Fountain and Roman Forum . The breakfast room and food were great with a good variety of food . Rooms were a good size and bathrooms were great .
