The rooms were clean and the hotel was in a good location, also near a public water fountain which was useful. It’s also not on a main road but near lots of great restaurants. Thin walls in the room and the mattress was quite hard, but the hotel was nice other than that.

I really enjoyed my stay. The reception staff were truly exceptional — kind, polite, professional, and always ready to help with anything you need. Whenever I had a question, they answered immediately and went above and beyond to assist me. I even forgot some of my belongings at the hotel, and when I called them, they immediately confirmed that they had found them and were happy to keep them safe for me. Their attitude and service were absolutely wonderful. There is only one thing I didn’t like: the small refrigerators in the rooms. This is not only an issue at this hotel — I noticed the same thing in other hotels as well. Personally, I don’t understand why these small refrigerators are not replaced with better ones, as they simply don’t cool well enough. Apart from that, everything was excellent. I was very happy with the service and especially with the wonderful reception staff. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was very clean. The staff are really nice, the air conditioning is very powerful (This is important because I came in the summer). The location is very, very good. I would improve the breakfast, which was quite poor. Other than that very good price for value. Would certainly return to this hotel when I return back to Rome. Breakfast was very poor

Location was perfect! Staff was excellent! Breakfast every morning at 7am. Car service from FCO to the hotel. No coffee for the room.
