Amazing customer service and the location is unbelievable.

Valerio (owner) & his staff amazing, the place is cozy and super clean ,the location totaly great .All transportation & Vatican 5' away !!Great stay...I recommend The mattress needs to be changed ( ok but a bit overused)...I suggest In front of the sofa to have a small table so someone can place his/her drink or coffee

Close to the Vatican Museums. Located in a quiet, safe area, clean apartment, very good breakfast, typical Italian :) Valerio is an exceptional host. We felt very good. I recommend it

Could see the dome from the balcony! The room is also very quiet, I like the design of the window that is soundproof and keeps the room dark at night. The housekeeper lady is cleaning the property everyday. The old hotel-style wired hairdryer, it takes really long time （~30 min）to dry my long hair when I usually take ~5-10 min with my high-speed hair dryer. And the wifi connection is really poor.

WE LIKED THAT THE ROOM IS CLOSE TO THE VATICAN, 500M AND 200-300M FROM THE TRANSPORTATION, SO IT WAS CONVENIENT FOR OUR TRAVEL. THE 2ND ROOM THEY GAVE US WAS QUITE GOOD. We stayed at the accommodation for 3 nights. We had asked to have a balcony and for this reason they changed our room on the 2nd day. The elevator was not working for the first 2 days, which was disappointing since it is on the 5th floor, so Mr. Valerio gave us a discount on the accommodation tax. The second room was very nice, but we personally did not like the mattress, which was too soft. As for the breakfast, we were dissatisfied. It said that there was breakfast but it only offered coffee, 1 croissant and 2-3 jams with toast. Some residents had bought some food so they ate that. It would be better if they did not write that they offer breakfast. The rooms are 500m from the Vatican and 200-300m from the metro and buses.

I like everything. Especially location of the building and the coffee. The pressure on the shower. I was hard to wash hair.

The hosts were super friendly. The rooms were very spacious by Roman standards and everything was spotlessly clean. This is a fifth floor venue but there is an elevator, and the rooms are quiet despite the busy street below. Fresh coffee or tea was available for breakfast, along with croissants, yougurt, fruit, and juice. The Ottoviano Metro station is around the corner and the Vatican is only a few hundred metres away.

The Apartament is located nearby Vatican in quiet area. The room was clean and nice, well-secured. The breakfast was also quite good. The owner was really helpful from start (reservation) to end (check out). To be honest, if I will plan the next stay in Rome, definitely I will come back here! -
