The bed was extremely hard and the pillows were uncomfortable. The bathroom could do with a little more light.

The location is 10 minutes walk to Vatican and room was quite clean. First, on your app check-in time says 21.30, but we were informed that we had to check in before 21.00, otherwise we had to pay 20 Euro for late check in. Unfortunately, we had to wait at the airport so long, then took a taxi not to be late. I paid 55 Euro for travel. If I was informed properly, I would reach the apartment on time without paying so much. Secondly, the bed and pillows were disturbing in condition. The bed is old enough to be changed with a new one. One pillow was so thin, but hard like a rock, the other was thick but annoying. Me and my son couldn't sleep well.

The location was really fantastic. It was just a minute or so away from the metro station, and a very easy walking distance from the Vatican. There were many dining options all around, and the area felt safe. The room seems to be one of three or four in a renovated apartment, though each seem to be completely private with its own locked door and attached bathrooms. Nothing is shared but the entryway. It's a very nice facility. There was not kitchenette or refrigerator, but I don't believe that was ever promised anywhere. The room itself is small, but fine for 1-2 people, and there is a roll-away bed for a child, but it would be much too small for any more. Still, there was enough space for us and we were comfortable. There was a small desk area and a nice-sized closet. It was very clean and felt secure. The shower and bathroom facilities were nice and very clean. There is a small elevator, and that was very much appreciated. The Wifi was strong. Overall, we were very happy with the room and highly recommend it. My interaction with the management was somewhat difficult. Initially, after booking the room we received what seemed to be an automated message stating that the request we made was not available, but would be considered upon arrival if something was available. Since we placed the booking under the terms that there would be no refund, that was concerning. I messaged the property twice but never received a response, I did get a general confirmation note from the property close to our departure date though, so we took the gamble that everything would work out, and it did. Additionally, we then had a lot of trouble getting to the property, and ran quite late. The host was upset as they don't stay on premise, and he was stuck there waiting to meet us. He scolded us quite a bit. I will say that once we got through the check-in process, he calmed down and was rather helpful. So, I might advise prospective guests to start the communication process early, and plan and then double plan your way to the property to avoid coming in late. For this, I can offer the following: *There are actually two buses (the kind that accommodate luggage) from the airport into the city. If you are booking on Booking.com, you may not see an option for both. One goes to the central train station, and then there is another that goes to the Vatican. Apparently the Vatican option drops off very near to the property, so choose that one, find out where it stops, and map your route ahead of time. Or get a cab. The property management also offers pickup service. It might be worth it even for budget travelers. *Aside from the central station, there are no escalators in the metro stations, so plan accordingly if you have luggage. There are a lot of steep stairs. *It's affordable to take the buses and metro, and fairly easy to figure out if you're at all used to those kinds of systems, but the travel and connections do take quite a while. Give yourself a lot of extra time.

I liked the location a lot, there are many restaurants nearby, and it is close to a metro station. The host is very helpful, he gave us valuable hints. Wi-fi was not working, which was an issue because there was a very weak mobile phone signal inside the apartment (my apartment was situated opposite the street, maybe it was better on the other side).

Everything was perfect. The city easily turned out to be the best we ever visited, and the host was super nice and very helpful. The place was clean and tidied up every day. The location is very nice, we never used train and were able to go everywhere by foot. Thank you very much ? Nothing

Fantastic location with friendly and welcoming staff. The room was spotless, and the area is filled with excellent restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops. Just a short walk from the Vatican and only two minutes from the metro station, it’s the perfect place to stay.

The room was extra clean and the location is perfect. There is extra fee for late check in, after 8 pm. And the host firstly said that maybe they wont wait for me after 8pm to late check-in and it made me stressful. But finally we could arrange it.

Great location - the Prati area was exactly what we were looking for, quiet but so close to some of the best restaurants in the city! Late check-in fee is a bit inconvenient but Giuseppe was great on arrival, very friendly & welcoming ?
