Quaint hotel close to the Vatican and in a pleasant area with nice surroundings. Clean and well kept.

Desk attendant was vey friendly and helpful.

It was quiet and secure with nice and helpful staff. The elevator is very small so it took several trips to get our party of 10 up and down. There were no wash clothes or tissues. Coffee and tea was available at an extra charge.

It was a very pretty and spacious room and the female staff were very kind. The location was great. One night there was an angry, drunk homeless man lying outside the hotel who spat at two women who walked by. I tried to tell the man at the desk but he couldn’t understand English.

Staff was very nice. Not what we were expecting upon arrival. It was a very tiny elevator and a full on walk up with the lobby up the steps. That said, rooms were very clean and it was located in a great area. The entrance
