Staff was very helpful. I was booked into the guesthouse across the street, and after check-in, they walked me over and showed me to my room. Check in desk was a bit hard to find. There was lots of communication from the property leading up to my stay, but this detail was missing.

Location is perfect. Few mins walk from pantheon, trevi fountain and Spanish steps. Nearby bus station with direct connection to vatican and colosseum. Location is excellent. They allowed for bag drop before check in and after check in. Lots of support from staff. Comfortable, safe stay. I liked everything. Only thing is there is no reception in guest house, but reception desk is in primera hotel which is 2 min walk from guest house. For me it was no issue, very supportive staff.

Izvanredna lokacija, sam centran Rima, blizu svih zvicnih znamenitositi. Lokacija za svaku pohvalu! Soba jeste malo manja, ali zadovoljavajuce.

The people, it was the first place we stayed in our Italian adventure and this was a great start Very comfortable rooms although very hard bed. The location was supreme I would definitely stay here again. The nearby restaurants were excellent Bed was hard but every bed in every place we stayed in 5 different cities had beds that are hard i think its an Italian thing so no biggie I will definitely stay here again

The brand has two locations - guest house and hotel. Be aware : The guest house is located in a small valley right cross the street from the hotel but it’s a trash dumping spot… Daniele is very friendly and he could help with everything. I stayed in the hotel one and my room seems like newly painted so the smell of the wall paint was outrageous but meanwhile it’s still cold to keep the windows open all the time so this was a bit worrisome for my health, but other than this cleaning was pretty perfect and staff were nice and location is impeccable!

Centrally located, clean, comfortable! Although it’s not a problem for me, the building is not sound-proof so you can hear people arrive and leave. But honestly, it’s fine.

The cleanliness of the room, the kindness of the stuff, the location There is not enough pressure for the water in the bathroom and it is hard to get hot water. So showering there is not ideal.
