Location was excellent, room where spacious and comfortable and staff where polite and helpful - overall a very good hotel for family's. Breakfast was disappointing (continental breakfast), room amenities (toiletries, free water and robes etc.) where also disappointing considering it was a 4 star hotel.

Close to the station and quiet which was why we chose it however it was a walk to any of the attractions. Shower leaked through the screen and water pooled on the bathroom floor. There was also no hair conditioner in the shower

Great location. Nice spacious room. Good shower. Good breakfast. Elevator in the adjacent building we stayed in didnt work work two different times.

Very poor experience from check-in to check-out. The service was cold and unprofessional. This hotel is not suitable for Gulf families, as the rooms are far from reception and both the corridors and elevator are not air-conditioned. Check-out is at 11:00 AM, and when we were only 10 minutes late, we were immediately asked to pay an extra fee with no flexibility or understanding. I would not stay here again

Big room but I upgraded . Close to Termini and Republicca metro stops. Close to churches. Unless you like to walk, it is kind of far to Trevi and St. Peter’s. Air con was excellent. Breakfast crew and options excellent. We stayed next door to the hotel so there was no real lobby to sit in unless you went next door. There were a lot of security measures to get in the building at night which is good , but you had to buzz through 2 common doors to get to the actual room.
