Huge, modern room in a great location! We would definitely stay here again! You won’t be disappointed. Best night of sleep you’ll get in Rome! Small elevator - as per usual.

Exceptional

2 bedrooms. Big bathroom. Very fancy looking. The breakfast included is at a cool restaurant a few doors down. Nothing.

The location was amazing. Easy to check into after hours. Rooms were a good size with nice clean modern decor.

The location is perfect, on a quiet street but very close to Termini station and within walking distance to all major sites. Has great places to eat all around it. It was quiet, didn't hear anyone else there! The size of the room was perfect for our family of four. The sitting area outside the rooms was great for a bit of alone time. The staff was available to assist with scheduling changes via whatsapp- so convenient. The sheets were stiff, but not a big deal.

The 41 lived up to our expectations. Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. N/A

Clean, unique old world charm to the building. Well located. Great management team, helpful

Very good, great staff and food selection I think the reservation interaction could be a bit smoother

The staff was amazing. They help us to store the luggage and arrange a Taxi to take us to the airport. The view from the room was also really nice

Staff were amazing. Room with spa tub was excellent. 6 minutes walk from Roma Termini train station. 4 minutes walk to Metro. Breakfast at local cafe that was included was very nice. A little pricey for its out of main centre location. Had a small step out of bed area that's needs better indication as we both tripped twice!

Mechanical front door was extremely loud, and either kept us awake, or woke us up - very annoying

Really friendly and helpful receptionist and staff

It’s beautiful apartment. Well appointed. loved the coffee, the modern layout, windows on two sides, and nice sitting area. Our room was located just off of the reception room which felt a bit claustrophobic and less private. However, once we were in our room, it was not noticeable. If I stayed there again, I would request to not have that specific room. Also, there was misunderstanding about the shuttle service to and from the airport. Listing including a shuttle service to the airport that we interpreted to be free. It was not. Read the fine/print before booking if this matters to you. Would have preferred a room that was not directly off of the reception area.

It was amazing Nice place and really good food No complaints at all.

The hotel is very nice and it is located a short walk from so many landmarks. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The place is clean and quiet. Walkable distance from Roma Termini. There is an elevator at the place, so you won't need to worry about carrying your luggage up the stairs. If you pay for breakfast, make sure you check for the brochure on your desk so that you won't miss it. We missed our first-day breakfast, but the receptionist let us know that we could use it for a free drink during the evening. We had our breakfast the next day, and it was great.

Staff are accommodating. We were lucky enough to have our room ready early, and as soon as we walked in, they knew who we were. The location was perfect. We walked to see everything except the Vatican which we took the metro for €1.50 each person, but even the metro was a 3 minute walk.

Excellent location. Lovely building and apartment. I Iiked the relaxed environment whilst also feeling safe - important for a solo traveller. I appreciated Reception being in the next room as opposed to an imposing space in a lobby - it felt more relaxed being able to ask questions advice without feeling overlooked. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. I also liked breakfast at nearby Timoty's - a very nice atmosphere and wonderful croissants! When I first arrived I was given the wrong code to enter the building - this was an oversight and not a reflection of the usual high standard of service. It certainly would not put me off returning.
