LH Hotel Andreotti

First off it was a great hotel for the money. It was simply an older hotel with upgraded rooms. The lift was a lift for sure. But overall, it was more than we expected. I know it is Rome and A/C is not the same. But it never got cool at night. Sweat through both nights. No blankets on the bed and now we know why. Small things were off. Bathroom door handle fell completely off.

Well worth the cost and...

We got a room on the renovated 4th floor so i can only speak for this floor. It was amazing, very clean, very comfortable, we didnt expect such a nice room, it was above and beyond. Nice staff, and good breakfast as well. Special thanks to the maid who attended the room between august 24. and 30. very kind and very precise. The location is unbeatable, highly recommended.

Breakfast is so good. Close to the termini Locatan is not really safe area.

Exceptional

The rooms were perfect. We were a group of four and had two rooms. We stayed on the fourth floor, and I believe that floor had been recently renovated. The rooms were spacious and clean, and we had hot water, air conditioning, towels, slippers, a hairdryer, shampoo, body lotion, and shower gel. I really have nothing to complain about. The breakfast was also perfectly fine. There were eggs, cold cuts, yogurt, cereals, coffee, water, juice, and some sweets, basically everything you need to start the day. The location is also very convenient, less than a 10-minute walk from Roma Termini train station. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again when I return to Rome. -

Friendly and helpful staff. We arrived early and they stored our luggage which was really appreciated. Breakfast was really good and varied. Location was great as it was close to termini station The shower was small

Very convenient, short walk to central station. Really good value for money!

We were placed on the 4th floor which had recently been refurbished. Everything in the room was emasculate and it had a nice big shower. The breakfast was a buffet style and there were more than enough options to keep everyone happy. The elevator was old but it served its purpose. In the evening the room next door to us the tv on extreamly loud resulting in us not being able to sleep. We chapped on the door to asking him to turn it down but there was no answer or we went down to reception to complain as you could even hear the tv in the hall and elevator. The staff said that they would phone the guest, the was no phones in the room so I could only assume they would ring their mobile number. This did not solve the issue, typically when we have had this issue at other hotels staff have went up to the room and spoke to the guest. However they were very against doing so. This continued for another hour and everyone in the hall was kept awake. We ended up using a hanger to bang on the wall continuously every-time he turned on the tv which solved the issue for the night.
