Ali at the hotel was amazing, couldn’t do enough for us. Each night we had a drink on the terrace and he came out with snacks etc. every time. Always there with a smile. Room was smaller than expected, but clean and comfortable. Slightly out of the way, but we soon got our bearings and getting about was easy from the hotel, close to train station. English tea bags and milk, take your own bags if you like your cuppa in the mornings. Alpi did supply milk when we asked, but a bit odd, very creamy. Delivered by Ali, I’m sure he works 24/7!!

The room was cleaned everyday very well on time. We had to go back to hotel in the afternoon to stay away from the August heat, so we really appreciated the clean room when we return. The bathroom was spacious and clean, however, the shower door isn't well sealed, so every time when we shower, no matter how careful we are, there were always a big puddle of water leaked to the main bathroom floor, that we had to soak it up with towel to avoid leaking the water to the unit downstairs.

The room was nice and clean on the 5th floor, and the bed was very comfortable. The coffee machine was a nice plus. We loved the balcony. The AC was quiet and worked well, which was important in the August heat. The hotel is appr 5 min walk from Termini Station and some museums. The staff was really helpful and nice. There were some loose parts of the hardwood floor, they need some fixing.

Friendly staff, accommodations made for our early check in and the room was perfect. Nice and clean, comfy bed. The bathroom was clean and tidy, and came with useful toiletries. Easily accessible to popular moments and sight seeing areas. We walked everywhere and easily managed even in the humidity of August summer!! The only thing we didn't like but wasn't any fault of the hotel was using a sheet as a "quilt" which is what we are used to. Didn't spoil our trip but the air con did get cold so it was chilly.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Alpi. The breakfast was very good, with a varied selection and choices. The location is excellent and very convenient for getting around Rome. The staff were also extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. A very pleasant experience overall!

Amazing sheets, crisp and clean. Awesome bed. Beautiful bathroom. Having a balcony was such a nice treat.
