Great location near metro station
-
Close to Roma Termini, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, helpful receptionist. Basic things you need for a short stay.
-
Great customer service A+ Shower water valve not working properly.
-
everything very old, the water of the shower take too long to go out

There were also plenty of excellent restaurants in the area. The rooms were spotless, and the environment was quiet and relaxing, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The 24-hour staff was a lovely security feature, the room clean and safe feeling. The window in my room had been left open. I am glad that I thought to look for whatever the view was so that I could close the window once for my own security. I assume the person who cleaned the room left the window open for some fresh air. First floor (which in Italian means for Americans, the second floor). A small room with safe and fridge (did not use either.) I would stay here again. I did not understand how to use the safe. I suspect most travelers do, however.

Great location: near train station and walkable to many attractions (within 30 min). Helpful staff. Luggage storage.

Nice little typical Roman budget accomodations close to Termini, staff was welcoming, it was lovely. Important point: the bed was comfortable! Nothing, it was exactly what it is supposed to be.

Everything about the property was nice.
-
Location! No lift. Stayed on 3rd floor. Thin walls. No lift /microwave/ fridge / TV / kettle

The door was broken, it didn’t fully close, so all the noise from the corridor was heard in the bedroom. The light was visible from the inside of the room. The water lacked pressure. It was very time consuming taking a shower. Overall, the room was very dirty. Spider webs all over the place and bugs would casually appear in the room.

This is in line with the rest of the small, off chain, hotels around the area. If you have ever stayed at one of these, you get what you expect to get. The location is great if you need quick access to Termini. When we checked in, the person behind the counter asked us to pay cash for the city tax. I told him that I do not carry cash on me when I travel, and he seemed put off by this. Also, that was the only time I ever saw someone behind the counter. We left the key behind the desk because, after 10 minutes, no one came to help us. I also had to grab the key from the same spot when I came back.

It’s somewhat near the train station, about 5-10 mins walk and there are restaurants just outside the hotel. The place is quite old. Our door lock is almost broken. Our toilet was not working properly, so we cannot use the toilet bowl if you want to do #2 (poop). We were asked to go out of our room and use the common toilet at the reception which is quite dirty and this is where employees throw their garbages and leftover foods so it’s quite stinky. We were even told that we put something in the toilet that’s why it got clogged but we just arrived at the hotel. Most especially, we got in the hotel almost midnight and the neighborhood is really scary and dirty and even at midnight it’s still noisy because a lot of people are loitering on the road and they would give you scary looks as you pass by.

Central area and good location close to termini train Cold shower sometimes

Good location. Helpful staff. Could leave the backpack for whole day after checkout. - Mold in the bathroom. - Lock in the front door was broken so we couldn't lock the room for a day. Staff assured that they will keep an eye on it ;)
