Well-located hotel, near Termini station and the Colosseum, not so far from other beautiful points of Rome. Very friendly staff. Nice restaurants nearby. Everything was great

Absolutely nothing to be liked. Worst hotel I have been to my whole entire life. Maybe the good thing is the proximity to train station The room smelled very bad. The reception staff took from us upon entry 50 euros deposit claiming it was for the mini bar although we told him we wouldn’t use it and if we did, he could charge us after checkout. He claimed this rule was on booking but it was never written. I had a 9 months old and the they never got us a baby crib for the baby to stay in. The hotel seems to be under construction. Literally the worst hotel I have ever been my whole entire life

Nothing. The room door not safe, you can’t lock the door. No AC no hot water. The front desk was rude.

The location was right next to the Roma Termini Station. Room was large and fit our family of 3 easily. Good breakfast but book your slot early because they ran out of chocolate pastries. So I’m assuming that probably happens regularly. The building is very old and in disarray. Looks like a construction zone inside. Scaffolding on 5 floor and elevator and hotel walls are dirty. Room smelled like laundry kept too long in the washing machine. Was glad our stay was only 1 night.

The Wi-Fi was not working on any of the days during our stay. This was a significant inconvenience, as we had to rely on our own mobile networks and were also unable to use the TV in the room.
