Perfect location for train travelers! If you need to travel by train, the location of Hotel Robinson couldn't be better. It is literally a 2-minute walk from Roma Termini station—you basically have one foot in the station already! The cleanliness of the hotel is top-notch, and the staff deserves a special mention for being incredibly kind and accommodating. I arrived early at around 11:00 AM, intending just to drop off my luggage until the standard 1:30 PM check-in time. However, the lovely receptionist saw my situation, was extremely understanding, and checked me into my room right away. Overall, a fantastic stay with wonderful service. Highly recommended!

Very close to Termini station. Room was ok but Is very tired looking, especially lobby. Very basic no frills hotel. Small bathroom, shower curtain did not reach floor to prevent water over floor. No coffee in room, not even in lobby but restaurants are close. price was reasonable for location and city I suppose.

Great location near Rome Termini for an overnight stay. Staff are lovely! Cramped shower...with a shower curtain!

The hotel has a great location, very close to Roma Termini station, which made it very convenient to go everywhere. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. One night we came back very late, and the staff member was still waiting for us in the lobby. They also reminded us to be careful with our belongings when we went out. On the last day, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel with complete peace of mind. The service was very thoughtful and reliable.

It was super close to the metro, bus stop making it easy to travel inside the city. one of the staff was rude but the other staff that checked me in was super nice and helpful
