Hostel Beautiful

Good

The hostel is modern and comfortable, with a good room and a comfortable bed. The location is also very convenient, close to Roma Termini. Overall, a pleasant place to stay. The shower had no hot water during my stay. Also, the main door was difficult to open, and my key did not work properly when I tried to leave. These issues need to be fixed to improve the guest experience.

its good location and good room the staff is very unpolite i ask one of them to put the AC just do it when it become 17:00 He on he refused and weather was very hot in the afternoon he said i is from Bangaladish the only thing is perfect the location very close from Termini station .

The location was perfect The ac works well Also the girl from eritrea was amazing and really nice The photos online are different than real life The bathroom shower area is bad there is barely water coming out of it The fridge in the room was not working The common kitchen is disgusting there was no sink and oven working The cups and plates were dirty and there is nothing to wash them off

Did like the location Convenient and central for the transportation, going everywhere, specially in the Airport for the tourist people, Philippines I didn't like it nothing Philippines

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The custodian, realizing we were having problems, went above and beyond to try to help us. 4 stars for him! Location was good, too! Close to public transportation. Despite the description, the AC is NOT working. When I reached out, I was told the owner knows and doesn't care. It was during the heat wave, and was extremely hot, even at night. The attentive custodian gave us a fan which helped, and despite the danger, we slept with the door open with the hopes of getting a little AC from the hallway. Let me clarify- there was an AC unit in the room, but it did not work. It wasn't that it didn't work well enough. It did NOT put out ANY cool air at all. I tried and tried to reach Booking.com immediately and repeatedly, but only got AI. My room was non-refundable or we certainly would have left. Also, we were given 1 small towel for the 2 of us, and the towel rack in the bathroom was broken. The shower curtain was way too small and thin to do to keep the water in the shower, flooding the floor in the bathroom.

The location is nice I suppose Room had a lingering odour, bathroom as well. Beds seemed made but sheets were dirty and walls were sticky. Most of the area was sticky. I tried to find front office to mention but they had left by 12 (I had checked in at 2 and left afterwards to explore)

Is near the central station Looks like everything was bought on temu and that nobody really cleans the bedroom and the bathroom. Felt so bad there, that I was happy of going back from Rome. There was bubblegum stucked on my bed, the shower was so dirty every place u put your hand would have this oil so you never fell really clean. The wallpaper falling felt like an horror movie and the man on the reception spend a lot of time during the night talking very loud on the cellphone. I hope I never see this place again.
