Superb

The staff were nice and helpful. They communicated well with information about the booking and reparation of the AC. The location is very nice, the underground is within 5min walk and you can walk in the centre within 20min. There are also nice restaurants around. The view from the room was good too and the room was big. The wifi is free but a bit slow at times. I liked the blinds (inside and outside of the windows) so you can be in the dark and sleep later in the morning. I liked the fact that there was a fridge so we could have fresh bottle of water every morning for our day out. I liked that we could leave our luggage at reception after check out, free of charge. The staff from breakfast place were very nice and remembered my order. The breakfast is not bad but a bit small as only a small cafe and a croissant. The AC was leaking (probably due to the heat and age of the AC) but it was fixed within 2 days. The bathroom was a bit smelly so we ended up buying cleaning product for the toilet. The floor (especially under the bed) could have been cleaned a bit better as there were still some crumps/dust. The safe was not working. The lift is a bit old fashion and small but convenient to go to the 5th floor with luggages.

The location was good: it was close to the train station so it was easy to come from the airport and move to different parts in the city. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and big in size.

Good location, very affordable, good A/C, clean, friendly accommodating staff. . Only accessible via a elevator, which can be a problem occasionally. Cramped shower recess.

cleanliness was good, response was good. No reasonable breakfast. it was at a far-off place, 7 mts walk from hotel, and that too was tea and a big sweet bread. Effectively it was tea only.

I like staff who given us room key nice man he help us what ever he can rest he said i can't help . I didn't like soon we go out they come in ours room leave notice you can do this you can't do that and main thing is no privacy at all .we stay other 2 room they said when you need room clean let's know while you are in we do clean room.in room no privacy at all.the lift in hotel is very dangerous .Hotel was on 5th floor going with stairs in hot wether was very hard .going with lift was more hard and not scscared .Not 24 hours open .For me given free next time i don't stay here.

The place was nice and clean. It was near to bus stops and train stations and had access to shops and restaurants. The host was very welcoming. It was on 5th floor, luckily lift was there.

Very cosy area with good restaurants. Breakfast was at a small cafe with a two minute walk Floor wasn’t cleaned when we came, otherwise nice!
