Very clean, staff were excellent

Our room was comfortable and the location is prime! Truly right in the middle of the city and all the attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. We loved being greeted and welcomed by Raffael - he’s the best! Views from the room were lovely and we had everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

This Hotel is in great location. Walking distance to major attractions/landmarks such as Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and Colosseum. Breakfast is very good, Room is very clean, and all of the the staff were amazing, accommodating and extremely helpful.

The location was the best in Rome, I swear! We could walk to almost anything and if we couldn’t walk, it was just a short taxi ride! It is so clean and I liked having a hot pot in the room to make coffee. And now let’s talk especially about the service and the staff. It was the most welcoming, gracious, accommodating, and friendly: everyone we encountered was that wonderful. The bathrooms were big and the showers were wonderful and the water pressure was amazing. Not much storage space, but we just used our suitcases as drawers! It might be an American thing, but there were no small washcloths provided to shower with or wash our face with. But that is definitely not a huge problem or would ever keep me from staying here! The breakfast provided was good, but the scrambled eggs were consistently runny and gross - probably just a preference issue. Loved the hard boiled eggs!

We liked the location, mattress, the pillows and travel bed. It was to be honest on of the best pillows and mattress we’ve ever slept on. Also the cot bed was very very cute and colourful, never seen any place putting so much effort in for the care of babies, they placed an extra mattress in this as well which makes for me even better height wise as I’m petite! our son slept whole night through which he normally doesn’t! Perfect location, close to many touristic attractions. Staff were very helpful and polite. It was quite old and small and no swimming pool to cool off in middle of center in this heat, hot summer weather

The property has an amazing location and friendly and helpful staff. It is outdated and it needs a refurbished to become more comfortable. We witnessed a frustrating situation from one of the staff towards a black family that were guests at the hotel, something that we considered racist and made us very upset. It was very uncomfortable and sad to witness that. For that reason I would not consider staying at the hotel again.
