The property was very clean and was not run down. It was also very quiet. The staff were friendly without be imposing. Breakfast was good. Location was perfect, short walk to the station. And ideal for exploring Rome. Had an early check out, before staff arrived, was unsure where to leave the key as I could not see a drop box at reception.

It was clean No outside space as advertised, Aircon wasn't working in our room, had to move for 2 nights in a different room. Electric sockets were broken, breakfast area was very small and breakfast was not great. Would not stay here again.

The staff were so friendly. The hotel was on the second floor. Loved my room which had a giant fan on the ceiling plus I had air/con. Breakfast was lovely, lots to choose from. On my checking out early they put a breakfast in my room the night before in cling film and drinks and yogurts in my little mini bar fridge. Bed wax comfortable and the shower was nice and hot. The gentleman on reception help me in suggesting all the lovely sights of Rome to visit during my two days stay. The hotel is a ten minute walk from the main central railway station and there are lots of great restaurants all around the hotel. Everything was great

Well equipped room and very nice staff Buses are nearby, Trevi Fountain is in walking distance Everything was great! The street is generally noisy but it is not the hotel's problem, Italians are loud and they use scooter at night

The location was great! Within walking distance to so many big sights including the Gallery Borghese, Spanish Stairs, Piazza del Popollo, etc. In a lovely restaurant district too so well placed for meals. Staff were lovely and breakfast was great.

Very clean and neat and the staff were lovely! Good location for what we needed to do. The road noise and neighbourhood noise was pretty loud. Could hear the rubbish trucks collecting from the restaurants at very late/early hours.

Staff were very friendly room was clean and tidy all essentials are there and price is good The shower was not the most reliable it would not warm up 2 out the 5 nights we were there
