Overall, we had a very good stay with our family. The check-in process was smooth, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options. It was great value for money, and everything else met our expectations. One area that could be improved is the reception experience. While the check-in was efficient, the interaction felt less welcoming than we had hoped. There was an unnecessary discussion about our child, who is 3 years and 4 months old, being treated as a 4-year-old, which made us feel uncomfortable. We also used the valet parking (€30), which was very convenient and expensive. The receptionist gave us address and told us that even we can access the car if needed so while we explored the nearby area, so we did. However, when we returned the interaction felt abrupt and came across as somewhat rude, which was disappointing after the earlier reassurance.

City Central, near the tourist places. We did not have breakfast at the hotel. During the heat panic, the hotel offered plenty of A.C. Nothing comes to mind.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Roma Termini, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The soundproofing between rooms is poor, as I could clearly hear conversations from neighboring rooms. The bathroom was also extremely small, which made it less comfortable to use. Finally, the outdoor breakfast area felt neglected and lacked a pleasant atmosphere, so it didn’t seem very inviting.
