Hotel Ciao

Close to Rome termini as we had an early flight home & it also makes it so easy to get to other locations.

The rooms are comfortable and the location is just perfect! Besides that, the staff was the best I’ve ever met. They were all very kind to us

Truly enjoyed my time here, wonderful room and perfect location. The staff is 11/10, super attentive and helpful. Definitely staying again next time I’m in town! The amount of stairs with suitcases, but that’s the authentic Italian experience haha

It was clean and quite cozy. Super convenient next to the train station The sign to find the hotel wasn’t quite visible. I would suggest making it more visible to avoid calling the reception to find it.

Seriously we had the best stay ever. The service was irreplaceable, we met the kindest hosts in the world that helped us with literally everything!!! The room was very clean and spacious, the facility was very nice. We had so much fun staying there. Will for sure come back xxxxxx

Staff very friendly and helpful. They let you know if anything going on, for example I had building work outside my specific room one morning and they messaged me on WhatsApp to let me know. Also came with me to show me the room the first time. Easy to understand how to get in to the hotel late on which was useful as I was there for a festival which would finish late and travelling alone so I needed to be sure I could get in easily. Good aircon which was needed! Lots of space and really easy to find Nothing

The staff is very friendly and helpful as well as the property is close to the Railway Station and underground metro, including bus stations giving you the access of buses to all of the major tourist attractions. Nothing all good

Great location just 2 mins walk from Roma Termini. Very easy to locate as it's on the main street. Staff especially Trojan is a gem. Ever helpful with very useful information for guests. Such a cheerful person. Rooms are basic. But I only stayed a night so it's cool. Renovated bathrooms Rooms are tired.

DO NOT SYAY HERE A NUMBER OF LAWS WERE BROKEN BY THE HOTEL ALL EVIDENCE IS BEFORE POLICE. LIERS... THEY EVEN TRIED TO TELL BOOKING.COM THAT I DIDN'T EVEN TURN UP. We stayed at Hotel Ciao for just one night, as we arrived around midnight and had a flight the next morning. We chose it mainly because of the convenient location right next to the train station, which made it very easy to catch the train to Fiumicino Airport without having to worry about finding a taxi or rushing in the morning. The room was fine for a short overnight stay—nothing fancy. The bathroom was quite small, though, and unfortunately we noticed some hair in the shower, which was a little off-putting. Overall, the location is excellent for anyone traveling by train or looking for a convenient place for a quick stopover in Rome. bathroom did not meet our expectations.
