Hotel Marisa

Was in the annex, seemed to be newer and fresh. Close proximity to the train station and super market. The building is older with a old style elevator to go to the rooms on level 4

The location of the property is excellent, bang opposite Roma Termini Station, making it extremely convenient for getting around the city. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the basic amenities. The staff were courteous, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable experience and would definitely recommend this property.

Location is excellent, very near Termini train station and very good restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. The lift is quite small.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Rome. My number one place whenever I go to Rome. Staff is wonderful, particularly Julio, he is very nice every time I stay at this hotel. Last time the elevator was not working and people using the stairs was a real pain as they were very loud and I wasn't able to sleep. I was given a room near the elevator :(

The hotel was quite modern and very clean despite being located in an old building. Extremely nice and helpful staff (especially at the breakfast buffet). Good breakfast with both sweet and salty options. Free tours (I took the one guided by Mario and it was excellent). Good location just next to the train station. It's possible to hear everything happening in the hall and in the rooms next to yours.

The location was good. We came from sorrento via train so was straight at the hotel. Good location for accessing metro as well which we used majority of the stay. The bed was very big and comfy. Very good air con, stays on all night. They will also happily keep your luggage for you if your flight is later on in the day after check out. The bathroom was very very small. We only had a small hand held shower head in our bathroom which went from hot to cold during your shower. The whole flooring in the bedroom and bathroom is concrete so very cold on your feet. The walls are extremely thin so you can hear absolutely everything. Especially other people staying coming in and out of their rooms. We could actually hear our neighbours conversations word for word. The cleaners also start very early in the morning and make a lot of noise.

They even helped me arrange flowers in their room as a special welcome surprise, which meant so much to us. the location is nice it’s right across the street to the train station the room is very old and the bathroom smelt of mold (probably because there’s hardly any ventilation) and the AC is very weak. the beds are uncomfortable too
