Super friendly staff! The location is great - just one metro stop or a short walk from Termini. Visiting Rome in the summer means you’ll have to go back to the hotel during the day to chill, rest and hide from the heat - the location of the property is perfect for that. The AC was not the strongest, and the mini fridge didn’t really cool our drinks - they offered to store our stuff in their fridge though.

The breakfast was superb! The location was near Roma Termini station, so it's very accessible. Many good restaurants near the hotel, which we really like. It was also quiet. The room exceeded our expectations. The bathroom was modern. Just lovely! The staff were so friendly and caring Nothing!

Very disappointing stay. Before arrival, I informed the hotel that we were travelling with our 2.5-year-old twins and requested 2 cribs, which they confirmed. At check-in, however, an older lady who appeared to be the hotel director or owner told me our room was only 14m², although Booking.com clearly stated 21m². She said we could not stay there with the twins and claimed it was “forbidden in Italy” for one child to sleep with us. She initially demanded €60 extra per night for an upgrade, then suddenly said, “OK, OK, €50 is the least I can do.” At that point, it felt much more like an attempt to get extra money than a genuine legal requirement. We ended up paying €100 extra for 2 nights. The room was also not properly clean: we found hairs in the bed and on the pillows, dust was everywhere and were bitten by insects the first night. After the sheets were changed, the bites became less. I see ants everytime I enter the bathroom. No mini-fridge despite the August heat, and breakfast was disappointing. Definitely not the experience we expected from such a highly rated hotel.

Friendly staff, lovely interior and great location My room was extremely hot all night. I’m not sure the AC/thermostat was working.

Everything, have stayed there multiple times. Wonderful location, walkable to Roma termini, a metro stop close by, a lot of great food around. I was celebrating my birthday and they gave me a wonderful surprise :) The ac was hit or miss but did not deter from the greatness of the hotel.
