I was pleasantly surprised by this hostel! It is conveniently located, stuff was really nice and helpful, room and other facilities were clean. I also bought breakfests, that were super rich for the price you pay. I am really satisfied with my stay and would gladly come back!

The staff at the reception were incredibly kind, attentive, and responsible. They welcomed every guest with genuine warmth and made me feel very comfortable during my stay. During my stay, I accidentally left my watch in a public area. The staff found it and carefully kept it safe for me until I came back to look for it. I was so relieved to get it back and truly grateful for their help and kindness. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was also very clean and well maintained. I spent three wonderful and memorable nights here. Thank you again to the lovely staff for taking such good care of me and my watch! If I visit Rome again, I would definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended! ❤️

Everything was perfect! Excellent breakfast!

I was very happy with the cleanliness of the hotel. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and cleaned regularly. Everything felt fresh and organized, which made my stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. The cleaning staff did a great job! Unfortunately, my stay was not as comfortable as I expected. The soundproofing was terrible, and I could hear a lot of noise from outside and other rooms, which made it difficult to sleep and relax. On top of that, the elevator was having problems during my stay, which was quite inconvenient. Hopefully, these issues will be addressed, as they had a significant impact on the overall experience.

The location was walking distance from public transport. The staff did some photocopies for me which I appreciate very much. The elevator could be very slow at arriving. There were still a few stairs to get to the lift.

I like that they have rooms just for women, they also have options for men but only if they come with other people. I like that it has air-conditioned, that our room was cleaned and tidied up every day, the toilets were clean, and enjoyed the rooftop area too. Nothing, all is fine for me.

Wonderful location , 24 hour staff, Christina ( fr) was very attentive , ability to use common kitchen , listen to Italian tv programming. Excellent breakfast to purchase . Air conditioning was a blessing ( though could be too cold:)) . Will return . Kitchen - should be equipped with cutting board , wine opener , real kitchen equipment + a toaster oven, a coffee maker ( pods or whatever ) . These are minimum thoughtfully chosen items - a must for a hostel - that also functions as a hotel . Possibly thoughtful help with museum cards / memberships etc would have been a nice touch .

I appreciated the free luggage storage before and after check in. The rooms were clean and perfect for what I needed as a solo traveler!
