Newly renovated, spotlessly clean, helpful staff, nice breakfast including some protein options, decent neighborhood 3 blocks from train station, lovely courtyard garden. Our room was fairly compact and didn't have a seating area, but was otherwise extremely pleasant.

Very clean and modern Nothing

This place is a heaven within Rome! A hidden gem, truly. Location: less than 5 minutes by foot to/from Termini Train Station (and subways and bus as well). Termini itself has a small shopping center with some restaurants and cafes for a quick fix. Although the station area is quite sketchy, the hotel is well situated in what looks like a residential area with some other hotels and it felt safe anytime. Hotel: Fantastin hotel in an old building but it looks like it has been recently renovated. A/c worked very well in Rome’s heat. The elevator: our room was in the reception floor so we didn’t need (some stairs before you reach the reception) but when I used it to go to the breakfast room it was fast and specious. The bathroom: clean with a bidet and a well spaced shower cabin. The water pressure in the shower was very good with cold and hot water. Breakfast: very rich for Europe standard (fresh fruit and vegetables, scrambled and boiled eggs, cheese and cold cuts, juice, coffee and tea + water, croissants, fresh cakes, jam, honey and bread + gluten free items too). The breakfast room is clean, organized and leads to the beautiful garden outside - the garden is also part of the bistro/restaurant. Room: enough space to move around for 2 people and luggage. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Tea and coffee station that was appreciated for an afternoon tea in our room balcony. The outside terrace/balcony was spacious with a nice seating area overlooking the main garden. The reception staff (day and night shifts) were very professional, friendly, helpful and amicable. If you are 2 people in the room and only one goes outside, ask the receptionist for another key otherwise the room will look like it’s free for cleaning. Cleanliness: All areas are very clean, will lit and smells good, except for our terrace: it had cigarettes remaining from previous guests and some juice or liquid stains on the floor and they were left the same for our 3 night stay. Just beware that the main door is almost closed around midnight but there’s always someone at the reception desk, so no issues.

The staff are very kind and helpful and the hotel is very clean and the smell at the recaption area is very very nice, also the rooms are very clean and very classical style and it’s close by the train station which made our trip very easy.Thank you Maybe I can say the breakfast menu, due to its options was limited for us as we was looking for halal options. I wish they add some options soo everyone will enjoy the breakfast in the very beautiful yard with the very beautiful banana and orange trees.

Nice room, I thought there was only one bed but it came with two, even better. Beautiful garden to stay for breakfast and night. Staffs were welcoming and nice. Good breakfast.

It is 5 minutes walk from Termini Station. The room was big and spotless. Comfortable bed and excellent breakfast. We stayed there twice and highly recommend to couples and families.

Great breakfast options, absolutely charming back garden with banana plants. Recently renovated, it seems, so all was in tip top shape.

Location was good, very clean hotel. Room was very small. Breakfast was basic and functional. Nothing felt special or luxurious in any way.

Close to train station

Modern, clean, well-designed hotel with friendly staff, at luggage-rolling distance from Roma Termini. This means you can get on a metro or walk to the major sites, depending on temperature and fitness level. Breakfast in the banana plantation garden is very relaxing, breakfast itself is decent. Enough restaurants, small shops and bars in the area to deal with sudden needs. The rooms are definitely modest in size, as are the bathrooms. I'm sure they have larger rooms than the one we booked, but well, it's the typical big-city-cram-rooms-into-the-building thing.
