Great location. Room was refreshed daily. Air conditioning was a life saver. Area seemed safe and an easy walk to restaurants and cafes. Nearby to Termini and Metro.

The location If you don't show up by the last check in time they will not allow you to stay. My flight got delayed by like 3 hours, the train to termini was going very slow which made me show up late (situation that was out of my control), the host told me they were not going to wait the 5 extra minutes I needed and was going to sleep on the street if I didn't make it in time. Luckily I was able to show up and he allowed me to stay. I understand it was not the host's fault but I was also in a situation out of my control and he was very harsh about it, despite me apologizing for the inconvenience.

Very polite and helpful host,brilliant location very close to Termini station and with many good coffee shops and restaurants around. It’s very clean place,with air condition and lot of cold water offered from the staff very needed at the hot summer. TV got many interesting channels. Comfortable bed and soundproof room,good bathroom.

Very good location. The room was nice, bed comfortable. Air conditioner worked properly. Drinking Water has been supplied free of charge every morning.
