The location is excellent, very easy walking distance to Termini. Being that close to Termini, the room is typically small but is quite adequate. The room facilities are modern with a lovely bathroom and everything worked well. The breakfast is good. The room is a bit small but we knew that in advance.

Really convenient location, especially if you’re arriving by train. Very close to the station and plenty of buses nearby for getting around Rome. The room was clean and nice, and the staff were pleasant enough. The pool rule was pretty ridiculous. You HAVE to wear a swimming cap to use the pool, which of course we didn’t have. Conveniently, the hotel sells them lol. It wasn’t expensive, just one of those unnecessary Italy rules that makes absolutely no sense.

Location was good, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very average, I expected better for 20€ per person. Cheaper and tastier to get a coffee and croissant in the bar/cafe area

The pool was nice. Close to the train station. Staff were nice. The bed was round. Not great for tall people. The pillows were terrible to sleep on. There were no glasses to enjoy a drink, and when asked for was told had we upgraded we would have got them.

Breakfast was great, just what we needed before hitting the streets for the day, awesome waiters and kitchen staff, very helpfull and friendly. The hotel was located in just the right place, loved it, bus and train with in minutes of our awesome hotel. would truly recommend to anyone, as a bonus for us, after flying for hours , got to our hotel, then so kindly we got an upgraded room with jacuzzi and balcony :-) Cant thing of anything we didnt like. Everything was just perfect, thnxx

Walking distance to train station, outside eating/drinking area was clean and well organised, kiosk cafe in the square for early risers.

Two months later, when the time for our holiday arrived, I decided to contact the hotel again to clarify some details, and I was informed that I would have to pay an additional €250 for my child. When I asked why I had not been informed about this the first time, when I had explicitly stated that the child would be staying with us, the hotel representative was unable to provide any explanation. Booking’s customer support has also failed to respond to my messages.
