Location was very near the places that we wanted to visit. Restaurants and breakfast was also near by, as well as a grocery in front of the hotel. A bit confusing to talk to the hotel representative when we wanted to have a booking for transfers as he replied that they can do it and then when we received the email they said we have to do it in the front desk of the hotel.

Room looked out into a small garden area, air conditioning was phenomenal and bed was clean and comfortable. Everything was super, there was noting to dislike.

The hotel is in a good location .The structure is beautiful The room has no air conditioner. I report twice and nothing happens. Just blow like a fan

Breakfast was lovely… hot/cold choices as well with plenty of desserts ?? Location of hotel is good… but in 38 degree weather… something closer to trevi or the Colliseum would have been better. I found it warn in the lobby area and our AC in the room I feel could have been a bit more powerful… everything else was good ??

There was a contruction going on in the hotel too much noise, also 2 nights we stayed in a room where the air condition was not working properly. The staff changed oir room in the end but 2 nights was a hell.

Neighborhood was quite with a good coffee place around the corner. We don't mind walking or public transportation so it was close to everything we needed. Room was a little small but that is a city hotel for you.

The location was great. The hotel was very nice and the staff were fabulous! Our room was spacious with a nice bathroom. The only thing negative I have to say is that the bed wasn't very comfortable. The mattress was hard.

The location was great and the staff was courteous and helpful. I reserved five rooms and requested that they be close together as we had 6 teenagers They booked our rooms on two different floors. On the description for the hotel, it said that the rooms were air conditioned Our five rooms did not have working air conditioning. it was very hot and uncomfortable. No one had a good sleep!
