Aca Hotel Viminale

Took breakfast near hotel. Is ok. The elevator only for 3 people. Few space.

Location is great, walking distance to many attractions, cafes and local restaurants. Cleanness was not pleasant, there were spots on bedsheets( didn’t change them even when we requested to change the bedsheets). Toilet flushing was broken.

It’s a second floor in a building. Not a hotel building by itself. But this is reflected in the price, so it is perfectly ok.

Space was extremely clean, staff were super friendly and helped us with calling a taxi. Location is very convenient to Termini and the hot water was great. Lounge area with coffee machine, water and snacks was a great touch Beds were a bit too firm to our liking and we were not able to get extra pillows other than 4.

Overall the place was clean and in a very good location in Rome. Easily walkable to all the major sites. Staff were nice, coffee machine with a light sweet out in the morning. No formal breakfast. Place was definitely sufficient for what we needed, but would not call it luxurious or fancy. Room is very small, which I understand is typical for Rome. The shower head and drain could use a tune up (shower head did not stay up, drain cover was loose), but everything worked and place was sufficient for what we needed. No formal breakfast even though website says that it is included. Beware.

Location was decent, short walk to major sights. Hotel was very clean. Toilet flushing needs addressing. Takes several goes to get it things to work. Economy rooms are very small.

The location was perfect. In a neighborhood with a lot of government offices, 10 minute walk from the train station and 30-45 minutes walk from the main attractions. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Alexandra greeted us and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy Rome. The drain cover in the shower was loose.

Decent location for walking to the big attractions, shopping and restaurants. Rooms were quiet and air conditioned. Coffee bar had an excellent machine. Bit hard to find. Uber found it with no problems.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. No room service. Early check-in is not flexible. The AC is controlled by the hotel, not by the guest. Breakfast is very poor. The only good thing about this hotel is the location.

I loved the cleanliness of the hotel and room as well as the 24/7 staff on site. The only thing that was inconvenient was that you had to insert the key card into the wall to turn the light on. Any time my spouse wanted a free coffee down the hall he’d have to take the key card and leave me in the dark (while getting ready to leave).
