The property was very clean and well located, close to public transport and the main attractions we wanted to visit. The host was very friendly and provided us with all the information we needed during our stay. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning, although we were aware of this beforehand as it was clearly stated in the description. It was a little difficult because of the hot weather, but other than that, everything was great.

I recently stayed here during my visit to Rome.I had a very pleasant experience.The room was clean , comfortable and well equipped. Paolo the host, was helpful throughout my stay and available both physically and by phone too.The accomodation can be accessed through public transport , the bus station is a 3 minutes walk while to the Metro station it is 5 minutes by bus or 15 minutes when walking.It was quiet and my room was having a view of a beautiful garden, i I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and worthy of the price when visiting Rome.I would also happily stay here again when i visit Rome.

The location is very convenient, with a metro station just 10-15 minutes away on foot and numerous bus stops nearby. This makes it easy to access all the must-see spots in Rome. The neighborhood felt safe and was pretty quiet. While the room has no air conditioning, this wasn't an issue during our visit. There was a tower fan in the room and it got the job done. The shower worked well and was clean - felt like home. The bed fit us both comfortably. The room was cleaned whenever we left. I'd definitely stay here again and recommend it with no doubt!

Perfect, cosy and not crowded location which is difficult to find in Rome during Christmas season. The conversations with the host Paolo over breakfast are worth coming back for ??
