The hotel is perfect in comparison with the price.Usually an hotel next to the central bus stations and train stations is expensive,but this one is very good. I do prefer that clients leave the keys to the office before going out because the guy who change towels come at like 9:30 but usually a tourist can get out before,so when he takes the keys with him the towels aren’t changed (our case). There’s a restaurant next to the hotel in which people make noises when they are out,it would be better to have a talk with them to keep theirs clients inside and not laughing mid night in a place where there’s people sleeping,it’s totally non respectful and unprofessional from that restaurant.

Very Nice Staff and good location, close to Train station. Overall value for money was good Small room, lift was a bit doggy when you tried to open the doors leaving it every time so my partner decided she would walk stairs.

The staff was very nice and the location was good. The hotel is very old as are the rooms, there is no refrigerator, not enough outlets, rooms are kinda depressing and dark. Definitely not worth the money for the experience they provide.

Liked the location. The room is small, but acceptable. The shower cabin was so small that my petite and slim 11-year-old daughter could barely fit inside.

Very clean and suitable hotel with helpful 24-hour staff, located in an ideal transit location. Good WiFi let us work when we needed to, and we were stocked with fresh sheets towels, etc. daily. Had a private bathroom but be informed not all rooms do have one. Though we booked a double room, our mattress were two single mattresses pushed together, making it a bit uncomfortable. Not many power outlets for charging either.

The staff were amazing - kind and helpful. They were able to book us last minute when we needed to stay another night. We also enjoyed the breakfast accessibility and the latte made by the staff members. The room was small and the furniture very outdated. That would have been fine, but the bathroom was so tiny that it was nearly impossible to take a shower.

The location was perfect and staff was so helpful l. We enjoyed our stay, overall our experience was great! We definitely recommend Hotel Cervia for Rome stay.
