It was very clean and the location was good. Lots of towels and there was also a fridge and kettle with tea bags. Close to the metro station and very walkable distance to the colosseum and all the monuments in Rome. Also many restaurants and shops close by. We booked a family room of 5, one double bed when you walk in which has an ac and fan and tv. When you walk further down the corridor there's a second area with 3 single beds, however ac and tv were not working. We messaged the owner and they said it was out of order and said we can only use one air conditioner as it is a family room, but it was still very warm in the second room with the fan so we all had to sleep in the first room as it was difficult to sleep in the second room due to the temperature. Also the bathroom door did not lock. The check in process was also a bit strange as in a hotel you would check in at a reception however we had to check in online via whatsapp. We also expected the whole building to be a hotel however the 3rd floor of the apartment building is the hotel with quite a few rooms.

Air con and comfy bed and fridge , clean room and cleaner was kind and a kettle friendly. Staff were super responsive and helpful with replies to our needs..thank you for organising our early morning taxi..the recommended restaurant was really lovely and the owner was very welcoming and passionate.. A kettle and cups would be welcome..

Enjoyed our stay here. Staff were responsive and very generous, giving us clear information. Close to roma termini train station (10 mins walk). Highly recommend One of the rooms air couldn't turn on but had a fan so all good

I had a problem with my flight schedule and they were willing to accommodate us a day earlier The bathroom was very uncomfortable and the shower was too high, the room was very small and had no fridge nor toiletries.

Nothing- did not stay. The hotel has no staff. A random number asked me to send a copy of my passport in WhatsApp, unless they would not provide the code to get it. Also 4 hours before check in - I got a text message from another random number that they can’t accommodate me and I have to stay in another motel for 1 night! It’s a total scam.
