The room was clean and spacious and the staff were very kind and helpful , the service was elite The AirConditioning was really poor that it barely cooled the room , the room was so warm that made it hard to sleep at night . The bed mattress is really not comfortable also , they have to change them

Really exceptional experience! Very friendly staff and super clean room with fantastic facilities (super fast wifi, full bathroom toiletries, air-conditioning (thats quiet) complimentary Nespresso coffee pods + tea + san palegrino chilled water. Above all, super convenient location. I stayed the deluxe suite which had a fantastic Belle-Epoque Italian theme with tall ceilings and windows! Highly recommend this, i will definitely be returning!

Everything was perfect, Emma at reception was exceptional, and helped us in every aspect of our trip. I will definitely come back to this hotel on my next visit to Rome.

The location is exceptional. Close to everything. Easy to access from Roma Termini, a couple of buses to go to the Vatican, Trevi, Pantheon, etc. Nice and quiet part of the city. I don't think I would change anything. Everything was amazing. The location, the room, the comfort, the attention.

The location and the cleanliness was nice The staff was extremely rude. On a vacation it’s fairly common for people to not be able to stick to the 11am check out. My husband and I were barely 45 mins late and the receptionist decided to show up outside the door and she started saying things like, “it’s not polite” and I kept apologising since my husband had fallen sick and he was taking a little while in the washroom. We traveled for over a month in Europe but never once we encountered this problem, it almost seemed racist. They also chose not to clean our room the day prior.

Everything was excellent. The room was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The location was great for exploring Rome, and we had everything we needed during our stay. We would gladly stay here again. Nothing to complain about. Everything met our expectations.

Picked it because so close to Termini station. Absolutely delighted with my find - perfect for solo older female. Only encountered v helpful female reception staff with perfect English. Rooms v large (105 and 205), cool marble flooring and marble bathroom. Huge bed with different pillow types. Double glazing on windows with external shutters, little fridge with big bottles of sparkling and still water supplied, air conditioning, coffee pods and machine as well as kettle and tea and instant coffee. Stored my luggage for me while I went to Pompeii for a night and upgraded my room to the same standard when I returned. Lots of good local restaurants and I felt v safe at late night returning. Excellent gelati around the corner. Many buses and another train station (Republica) close by. Could really walk to everything if I didn't have bad blisters. No milk in rooms for tea and coffee, not even UHT. Tiny quibble really.
