It was clean, comfortable, new, safe. We could wash our clothes downstairs in the building next door, the fridge available, always snacks, yogurt, milk. We even got gluten free food for my daughter . Location. It was safe, close to the bus stop, just too far from the places we wanted to see.

Breakfast menu available 24 hours, mainly sweet food and cereals. We had dinners ordered, they were ordered at the local restaurant Disco Volante, we were absolutely satisfied, pleasant service and a large selection of Italian dishes. We really liked it. Pleasant service and communication with the accommodation. Great location for trips in Rome. There is a bus stop at the accommodation. Breakfasts are not for those who like salty things.

We liked how this property was located out of the tourist area of Rome, but close enough to access with a metro bus or train ride. We loved how QUIET it was at night! The air conditioning worked great and we loved that it had Netflix for our afternoons of cooking down from the heat and the daytime fun! There are wonderful restaurants and gelato, grocery store (across the street) fruit market and bars in the area. Love love the local vibe and the kitchenette was perfect. We don’t eat the snacks because we weren’t interested, but we had a cup of tea every evening. Fav restaurant with the BEST carbonara is Breccia Trattoria Moderna. Also, GET THE TIRAMISU! It’s secure with a locked front door, locked front entrance gate and a locked second door after two flights of stairs. You have to use two codes to access room (front door/gate and door to B & B). The walls were a little beaten up and there is no reception in house, but we didn’t require it because the What’s App communication was great!

Close proximity to the train station, good value for money, really good amenities throughout. We felt very badgered by the staff at this location. Firstly we submitted our document information via the online portal only to be woken up the next morning by staff asking for this information again. Then around an hour or so later whilst we were out exploring we received an influx of text messages asking for this information for a third time. And for us to attend their partner hotel to provide this information, despite already proving this twice earlier in the day.
