Staff were amazing and very prompt with responses. The location was great and amazing food and gelato nearby. Was also appreciative of the elevator after walking all day Beds weren't as comfortable as we would have liked. Very cool building but our space lacked some charm.

The breakfast consisted mostly of pastries and sweet items. Common breakfast options like cheese, eggs, and similar items were missing, meaning the day had to start with high-sugar foods. Overall, the breakfast was quite disappointing. Unfortunately, we were charged a city tax that we were not informed about prior to booking. There should be more transparency regarding these extra fees."

The triple room was very comfortable. It had everything we needed (towels, iron, hairdryer). The room was very comfortable with air conditioning, the beds were very comfortable, and we slept very well. We were allowed to leave our luggage after check-out. We recommend it and will return if we return to Rome.very good sweet breakfasts, delicious coffee and very nice owners.

Building had history, but had all the modern upgrades needed. The bed was very soft. The hosts were incredible and knew me by name when I saw them for breakfast. I felt like family, which is really nice as a solo traveler. Perfect place for resting after a long day of exploring around the city. Nothing

This was my first visit to Rome and I felt welcomed by Veronica and her family who run this lovely hotel. They were very accommodating at check-in and answered my questions about public transportation and getting around the city. The location was ideal since it was just a 10-minute walk to the Policlinico Metro Line B and several buses (63, 64, 19) were just a block away. I liked that this was not a touristy area, yet there were 2 gelaterias and a market within a 5 minute walk, and nearby Borghese Gardens was a sweet little park for unwinding after a long day of adventures. I also enjoyed the morning breakfast buffet outside in the jasmine-covered courtyard. Lots of fresh fruit and juice which got my day off to a good start! Even though the hotel is located on a quiet street, it borders a busy main road, and my room was street-side so there was a lot of vehicle noise at all hours. Definitely choose "garden view" next time!
