The staff were very friendly, helpful and caring. Helped us with our holiday and always were there with a smile. There wasn't anything we didn't like. It was great.

We LOVED our stay in this unique jewel box hotel. It is such a beautiful space with thousand of little details everywhere you look. The location is perfect for a Roman holiday. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable - everything is thoughtfully laid out for your comfort and convenience. The bathrooms are right out of a top class spa. The rooftop bar is perfect for a late night drink or pre dinner cocktail. And the staff are super helpful and really love their jobs - it shows! Their restaurant recommendations were absolutely spot on. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is just perfect.

Staff were so kind and helpful. Assisted with making a medical appointment that was required urgently. Also assisted with booking transport. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was described as having a city view - I understood this to mean a view overlooking the city. It means a view looking across the street and into window of opposite building.

I think the highlight was the staff at the front desk. Nothing was too much trouble - from helping me try to find lost parcels in Europe to advising on local restaurants and bars. They were fabulous. The location was great too. Breakfast was the only thing i though wasn't fantastic compared with other hotels in this price range. also the rooftop bar was shut on Sunday so we didn't get to use it.

Breakfast was great! Fresh food to choose from in the buffet and then the ability to order directly from the menu. Very attentive service and the breakfast area was beautifully appointed.
