The hotel is good and comfortable; the room was as described on the website. The staff were attentive and helpful. The hotel is very clean and pleasant, and the dining area has a real Roman vibe, so it was perfectly in line with the concept. The hotel is a bit far, so it's best to take a bus or train to get around (the bus/train fare isn't the cheapest). There's no elevator (it wasn't a problem for me, but it might be if you have trouble climbing stairs). It would have been good to have a mini-fridge in the room, as it was very hot in Italy and there was no way to keep the water cold.

The staff are welcoming and willingly to help. TV is old even with limited channels though i did not need it.

Staff is friendly, reception desk is available 24 h. Breakfast has variability, not just bun with coffee, but also some ham, cheese, yogurt, fruits, etc. Location is close to the center, metro. As itself, area is nice, with some local cafes and bars (not just the ones "for tourists", but you can see that locals are sitting there). Room is comfortable, with air conditioner, closet, mirror, table, etc. Bad is usual, nothing fancy, just right to sleep. Pillows were okay, my neck didn't hurt at least. Hairdryer was barely working. And air conditioner was super loud, so during the night we turned it off.

Good coffee machine for breakfast Bread was not that good and iogurts were not in the fridge during breakfast. The electric board in the room made a buzz sound when it is turned on. It was difficult to sleep so I had to switch the electricity in the room while sleeping.

Everything was ok . Very well located, near Termini station. Surrounded by lots of restaurants. Great breakfast. Very attentive staff.

Nice staff and convenient location close to the train station with easy access to lively area. Bed was comfortable, bathroom OK with hot water hard to regulate. Everything was very basic and old. In the bathroom they have an old hairdryer (those white blocks with a tube blowing air). Breakfast was very basic: cakes were not fresh, very little fruit. A bit too expensive for what I had.

The front desk guy was the best! He gave lots of recommendations and was very friendly! The location was quiet and breakfast room very charming. Beds were a bit hard for us and the room was warm.
