Ateneo Garden Palace

Good sized family room, good choice for breakfast and ability to check in early or leave our luggage. Staff were friendly. Abit further out of town than we understood and the area around the hotel seemed very run down. No coffee making facilities.

Clean and fully air conditioned made it very welcoming after sightseeing in a very hot and crowded Rome. The 24hr concierge was also very handy and friendly. The breakfast bar was great with plenty of options and really lovely service. Good location but the walk to and from Termini station at night was a little concerning needed to keep an eye out for pick pockets.

However getting there from Termini is not very pleasent: The street next to Termini Station is dirty and untidy- not worthy of Roma. The scrambled egg at the breakfast looked too pale - amost entirely white.

Very good

Nice hotel - cleaned every day and new bath towels everyday. Breakfast was very nice . A large selection of baked goods - scrambled eggs yoghurt toast etc . We chose the hotel because of its close proximity to the Rome train station - which was great - however some of the areas around the hotel on the way up the station are quite dodgy with slot of homeless.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. It would have been better if there was furniture to keep and open the suitcases. The breakfast was simply awesome and filling. The location is not so good. The approach from Termini station is not good and is a little shady. The entire experience was amazing. The location is not so good. The room was huge, and once we figured out how to open the shutters, very bright and airy. It wasn't loud at all, and it was a really short walk away from several really nice and friendly food places. All the greenery was beautiful on site too. We thought there might be a balcony in the room from the photos and there wasn't but the seats were right next to the large windows so we didn't miss having one

The employees are exceptional. The location was good not in the middle of the city but very close to the train station and if you don’t mind a walk you can walk to the colosseum. Restaurant across the street is amazing and a friendly little convenience store as well. No coffee facilities before 7am and the bar was never open.
