The rooms were comfy and the cooling worked perfectly. The location is great. Well connected. Overall it is a good value for money. Most of the staff was polite and courteous. There was, however, one disappointing service experience. A small issue arose during our stay and, after being directed between reception and another part of the hotel, I was eventually simply told that nothing could be done. The issue itself was minor, but what disappointed me was the lack of effort or willingness to find a solution. For a four-star hotel, I would have expected a more proactive and guest-oriented response, especially as the rest of our interactions with the staff were generally very positive.

Good location and great room The USB socket in the room not working properly, please fix it. The water in the fridge, not being replaced after 3rd night, the front desk even told me to purchase on the bar!!! I am surprised 4 start hotel will not be able to provide water in the room.
