The service at the reception, like me feel home. thank you. The sir was very attentive and his attention and kindness make me feel that everything will be fine. The entrance give you as tourist that we are king and queen. First of all, I cannot say nothing, because to my opinion everything was special and nice. I hope for another visit me and my family can stay at the Oxford Hotel.

Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the location was quite convenient—about a 20-minute walk to the city center. The breakfast was also acceptable. The only downside was the very narrow corridor/stairway, which made going up and down a little uncomfortable. The elevator is also quite small and seems suitable for only two people at a time.

Staff very friendly and nice breakfast Our bedroom had a step up to the bathroom door and another step within the bathroom. Not the best when using the bathroom through the night. Shower was very slippery and I slid and cut my foot in several places on the metal where the shower drains.

staff is very nice. everything is clean. location is great, central. The shower cabin was far too small, and having only a fixed overhead rainfall showerhead without a handheld wand made it very inconvenient to shower comfortably

It’s a very convenient location. It’s not close to all the main tourist attractions, but it’s very easy to get around, and the best part is that it’s located in a very quiet area I don’t mind hearing noise from other rooms (because you can hear it quite a bit), but it is uncomfortable not feeling free to make normal noise. For example, we were laughing and talking in our room, which is completely normal when traveling, and the guests next door started banging on the wall. It felt a little rude

I had to book a last-minute stay, and I’m so glad I found this place. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful despite my last-minute booking. They made the whole experience stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it!

It was charming, close to many sites in Rome. Great breakfast buffet. The staff was super! The shower was very very small, but I worked through it.
