Very disappointing experience. The room was extremely dirty and clearly had not been properly prepared before our arrival. The carpet looked like it had never been cleaned, and the air conditioning was not working at all. The internet was also not working, which made the stay even more frustrating. The hotel was extremely noisy, making it very difficult to relax or get a good night's sleep. The customer service was also very poor. The reception staff were unfriendly and did not make us feel welcome at all. Overall, the hotel was not clean, comfortable, quiet, or welcoming. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here.

The accomodations have everything you need, like closet, frigobar, toilets and it’s very clean! The breakfast it’s veeery nice! There is 2 problems that I didn’t like the air conditioner it’s not strong, it cannot cold the room and also the shower has no power for spell the water, unfortunately!

The room was spacious, clean and well air conditioned. The beds were comfortable and the hotel overall was very pleasant. There is no kettle in the room which would have been great. Other than 3 sachets of shampoo and two little bars of soap there is no other toiletries like shower gel etc. The fridge didn't keep our drinks very cold.

Very nice hotel, great location. Our room was cleaned every day. Reception staff were friendly, especially nice breakfast and service. Good value in a great area, la cantonola across the road with livio from Sardegna was great fun. Not a lot
