Good location and value for a quick overnight stay before departure on train. Breakfast was good. The night was hot and the staff did not adjust the air-conditioning down, despite telling the reception that the room was not cooling. There is no room control. Too hot to sleep.

Posizione comodissima, staff gentile e disponibile, un buon punto d’appoggio per la notte. Molto pulito. La struttura ha decisamente bisogno di lavori di ristrutturazione: la porta della stanza non si chiudeva del tutto, il soffione della doccia perdeva acqua ovunque e ha allagato il bagno, la finestra del bagno non si poteva aprire in quanto scardinata.

Location to Termini rail station is fantastic. And walkable to Colosseum. Upgraded to a triple room which was excellent for our repacking to go home. Late night restaurants at front so a bit noisy to sleep before 11pm

The location is great, 5 minutes from the station and a nice walk to all the mayor sights. The room was ok but the aircon wasnt working. Breakfast was limited and average.

The property was well located as it was very close to the Termini railway station. The rooms were serviced each day with clean towels. Gluten free options were available for breakfast. It would have been handy to have a box of tissues in the room. Also faced towels would have been a welcome addition.

Apart from the location, nothing Unhelpful staff - it can’t be that difficult to arrange a taxi from the reception
