The staff was excellent, very attentive and helpful. They were so nice. The room was very clean. On the listing it says airport shuttle. But that’s not the case. The train station is very near and easily accessible goes directly to and from the airport. But I didn’t know that and I thought there would be a shuttle.

Close to everything Have a lot of respect

We initially booked the standard room, which is not renovated. Please check the pictures for the standard rooms before you book them!

Nice place. Close to the metro and able to walk to eateries. We got there early and had to wait until the exact check in time to get our room. I get that is what they said, so nothing negative. We were just exhausted.

The hotel is in a great central location, with the train station just a 3-minute walk away. The room was clean but a bit outdated, and the bathroom could use some maintenance. Breakfast was basic but acceptable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the Wi-Fi worked well throughout the stay. Breakfast

The breakfast needed to include more variety.

Since there are a lot of restaurants in the area, it gets a bit noisy at night

Very nice staff who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the place itself is very cute and charming. We really enjoyed our visit and would definitely recommend it!
-
I liked the window in the bathroom because it was a very beautiful view. Also, the breakfast was delicious. Finally, the location was perfect and very close to the Trevi Fountain.

The downstairs was pretty and the location is nice. The air conditioning did not work very well to cool the whole room, just the space near the vent, even though the room was very small. I got a fan from the staff to blow the cool air toward the bed but it stopped working in the middle of the night. I left before breakfast was open and there was no way to get even a coffee before leaving.

The shower, price & location The place is basic and dated and the restaurant outside was loud at night when we were trying to sleep. Two staff gave conflicting information about when we should leave for the airport, which was frustrating (one answered via email. The other in person).

The beds were very hard, very uncomfortable.

My room was changed to a bigger one wc is rm 118 since my previous room 214 can't accommodate 3 people...I still liked the rm 214 bcuz of its set up and location wc is in the center of the bldg and there's a window facing the street while my new room 118 is dark if u won't turn on the light, the bathroom set up is awkward and no windows facing the st,there is an inside window in the room that you can't even open,it's frustrating.and when you turn on the light it's toooo bright and uncomfortable to the human eyes like a GLARE

Clean hotel and the desk crew were very helpful!

It wasn’t very clean and I had many allergies

Location was ideal, a short walk from Termini, and the surrounding area seemed perfectly safe even late at night. The concierge was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Super friendly staff and nice little breakfast buffet. Just a short walk to the train station and there is a metro station behind the hotel to get you anywhere. 20-minute walk to the Colosseum and lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. The AC was a problem because you had to leave the keycard in a slot to make the lights and AC work so the room was hot every time we came back and it never cooled down. The room was pretty small so it was tight on the sides of the bed. When we left the window open at night to cool off, the street noises were annoying. But it was quaint.
