Reception staff was very helpful in a number of ways. Breakfast offered fresh and tasty food. Location is close to central Rome train station and yet neighborhood felt safe. Internet was generally reliable. Bed firm, yet comfortable for me. No changing this, but your room may be small.

Staff A little bit old
-
Friendly staff, extremely quiet room was great for sleeping.
-
The room was quite old. The old-style central cooling system is used for cooling, which could not be adjusted. There was no kettle for heating water or slippers for the bath, which was a nuance I did not like. They only brought them after I asked for them.

The rooms are perfectly clean, the staff was so nice and friendly and the breakfast was delicious! The hotel is located close to every major tourist attraction, and right by an army building so its very safe.
-
Lack of natural light, and air, in the room .. the window opened onto a dank service area, populated by air conditioning units and roosting birds, several floors below the top of the building.
-
Shower was small but worked perfectly.
-
Would have been nice if there were more than one electricity outlet to charge phone and laptop at the same time.

I felt like I was in Rome. Very clean, nice staff, breakfast good, location very good.
-
The location is within walking distance of the train station, which most people arriving in Rome by air pass through, so it is very convenient. There is also a wonderful restaurant nearby—just ask the front desk staff (that said, it seems that wonderful restaurants are everywhere in Rome), they were friendly and helpful. After check-out, we stored our luggage at the front desk. When we picked it up, I found something I had accidentally left in the room alongside our bags. The room was clean, and everything was in good condition. Generally speaking, everything was nice. If I had to pick one minor drawback, the shower is a bit small for Chinese guests. It's not because we're big (because we're not), just out of habit.

The team was perfect + location! -

Nearly everything. It would be nice to have had either a small coffee maker in the room or a hot water kettle.

This hotel continues to have a very supportive staff, great breakfast option, and very close proximity to the train station and subway. You can also easily walk to major historic monuments. Overall a great value.

Location is great and a very nice quiet room

The room and bathroom are big. Everything very clean, reception very polite and 24hs. Comfortable bed. They had everything we needed for our stay. And it is close to termini. Our room was noise because it was right beside the breakfast room that starts at 7am. With earplugs this isn't an issue.
