The staff were wonderful! The suite was impressive but rather stark. Bed was soooo comfortable!

Hotel is in a great location and very high end. Has a wonderful restaurant that is busy every night as well as a fun rooftop bar that also has a Sunday brunch. Plenty of parking. Room was very large.

Great location. We were able to walk after dinner. Hotel is very clean and well kept.

For walking around, plus great steakhouse and rooftop in house. Rooms were recently renovated and look amazing as well

Stayed at the Strathallen for one night, as I had a high school reunion just a couple blocks away. Just a great property in a perfect location to be near a lot of Rochester attractions. The room was amazing, very large and in excellent condition. Perfect amenities, and a beautiful balcony overlooking part of the neighborhood. The restaurant and bar on the ground level were wonderful, with impeccable service. Highly recommended!

The location is absolutely unique--I've never seen a hotel of this size in such an interesting walking neighborhood, especially in a small city. The rooms and facilities were exceptionally well-kept. It's a luxury hotel, for better or worse, so keep that in mind. One is somewhat at the mercy of the fancy restaurant and limited room service. They have vending machines, which I only found by accident. If you're staying with kids, think about pre-shopping at a supermarket before checking in--Wegman's is just down the road!

The room was supposed to include 2 beds but had a king w a pull out sofa. The front desk was condescending stating that I was confused with what I booked. In addition, there was no outlets w a mirror to get ready for a wedding when others were showering. Paid a high amount to have a suite to have ample room and was very disappointed

We very much enjoyed our stay. The staff was wonderful. The drinks were great. We didn’t take advantage of the dining room for dinner but , breakfast and the dessert were delicious- highly recommend

Excellent modern hotel located near many popular venues. This properly recently went through a renovation that enhances every aspect of your stay. Front the courteous front desk representative, to the well appointed fitness center, and everything in between this property welcomes you. I highly recommend for a staycation, business travel, and wedding venue.

It was a beautiful hotel.. Kind and helpful enjoyed my time .Food was excellent .wedding reception in ballroom breath taking!

The gym was excellent and a real improvment. The rooms were upgraded since my last visit and this was a much needed improvement as well.
