Everything was excellent from the service to the room my experience was amazing ! Will be visiting again soon

Love staying downtown. Very nice hotel.great view from 7th floor. Bathroom could use more lighting and a fan. Other than that, the room wax great. Will be back.

The light in the bathroom was too bright and hot, woke up my wife while I was in there at night.

Overall, it was fine for a quick stay after dropping a kid at college. I would not want to stay more than one night. The property is seriously run down with lots of deferred maintenance. It was a connecting room, the neighbors' normal conversation could be easily heard through the door. The room was clean, the bed comfortable. Public areas were not very clean, think dust and hair in the corners.

Room was clean and staff was very helpful

We stayed one night in July. The area was great and good restaurants were in walking distance. The outdoor bar on the 4th floor was closed. Perfect stop on our cross-country trip.

They do not have free breakfast you pay.

The room was not ready at check-in time and the front desk really didn't seam to care. Bathtub did not drain during the shower and the bottom of the tub was slippery (I don't want to ask why). One neighbor was fighting with his wife and the other's dog kept barking. Vending machine said would not accept card and then put a $40 hold on my card. Security guy was cool.

Before going to bed dog started to bark and the room started to smell like pot! Refrigerator didn’t work. Good part, parking and room size.

Great place very high end

Dated and maintenance is lacking
-
I believe the incredibly loud screeching since from the escalator greeting guests should constitute fair warning.

Great stay the rims are nice and the staff was great

I liked the sleek and fashionable look of the lobby. There were numerous sofas and seating areas and an attractive bar too (where we had delicious soups). The exercise room and pool were very nice and wish we'd had time to use them. The downstairs restaurant was nice for breakfast. Plenty of charging stations for our phones. My only criticisms - there was very inadequate lighting in our room! There was a lamp next to each bed and a pole lamp in the corner. There was no overhead light. I looked all over, thinking I was not locating the switch. A glance at the ceiling confirmed that there were no lighting fixtures up there. Hard to check out your outfit in the very nice mirror with only the shadowy light from those three wimpy lamps. Also there was no ventilation in the bathroom, resulting in a very steamy situation in there after a shower. At first I thought there were no drinking cups but I later found them next to the water bottles sitting on the chest. Small niceties like a pad of paper and a pen would have been useful.

This place needs renovation and new staffing in a bad way. I have never been to a Hyatt hotel as badly maintained as this one. STAY AWAY FROM IT!!!
