Hotel Sorriso

Location. Bazilian lady at the front desk was nice. Rooms are old , door was broken and keeps making a horrible noise all night.

1. There was a very bad smell in the bathroom 2. At the reception the lady told me it was mandatory to leave the keys when I go out…I found it weird because I travel a lot and usually it is an option not a request, I prefer to have my keys with me - it’s just more comfortable like this. But here It was not possible, and I didn’t like that. 3. At 9:58 the receptionist knocked on my door to ask for check out… I think it’s a bit too much.. come on usually nobody bothered if someone stays few minutes more especially that 10 am is super early for check out!!

The pictures lead to believe that the shower is contained within a cabin, while the shower head is between the toilet and the sink, which reduces the space and wets the floor.

Very close to the beach and clean bed. You take the shower together with the toilet bowl behind a curtain, very careful not to hit the sink. There is not even a shower cabin!

Location was good. Wifi was strong, room was clean Bed was uncomfortable, air con broken, felt like a prision cell..

My window was not facing the sea. I think the hotel was not full so it was a bit disappointing.

The Whole property requires modernisation. Hotel and its facilities are made in 60 incl air conditioner and toilets. Good luck to anybody who want to stay there in budget. Better to go camping at least you know what to expect Terrible

Location, staff was very nice, breakfast excellent, cleaning service shower above toilet was discomfort, in hot days small fridge would be excellent

The hotel personnel were exceptional. When we arrived and wanted to check-in there was some problem with our rooms that probably happened because of booking. But the ladies at the reception were very nice and solved this problem. We had one more problem with the car and one of the ladies, Nadia, was so nice that she helped us with translating, because car mechanics spoke only italian and other lady, Angela, helped us with translating too, but with a tow car guy. We had food included and I can only say one thing about it and it was that it was very good, tasty and the portions were so big, that you couldn't finish it. I think that we liked everything. It could be better if the AC was a little stronger.

The staff at Hotel Sorriso was wonderful! Our receptionist Nadia was very friendly and gave us great local tips and recommendations for restaurants and beaches. Thanks to the staff, we had a great stay and felt very welcomed. The location was also ideal, as we did not need a car or bus pass to explore a wide variety of restaurants, clubs, shops and beaches within walking distance. The hotel also offers free rental bikes, though we found we could walk everywhere we needed to go. The hotel is on a quiet side street near the main road and only a few minutes walk from the beach. The hotel and surrounding area felt safe and was quiet at night. Our room and the hotel lobby was clean, well-maintained, air conditioned, and had strong wifi. The television in our room did not work due to an issue with the antenna, according to hotel staff. In our bathroom, the shower head mounting was broken, which sometimes caused water to spray all over the bathroom. Despite these issues, however, the hotel was definitely worth the price.

ideal hotel if you want to be close to the beach and high street cheaply. small bathroom, but it's not a problem, it's enough. staff pleasant, helpful, they spoke English

The breakfast is varied with many options for vegetarian and non vegetarian customers. It was my first time to see such a nice buffet for breakfast. The place is also very confortable. The staff is very well trained and very friendly and attentive to customers. my friend has asked to check out at 10.30 am and it was possible instead of 10 am
