The reception team is extremely helpful, speaks English fluently, and is always smiling. I genuinely loved them. They have an excellent breakfast and an outstanding spa. I come from Dubai, where standards are very high, and their spa is at the same level if not even higher.

Not much It was ine of the most expensive option but the facilities did not met the price- nothing Unique!! The worst thing was that they forced me to Pay for all nights i booked even when i did not stay for the last one as i had to leave from personal reasons- they could not care less!! “It is high season” This is bad service!

I didn't like the lack of air conditioning because it was autumn, but it was still hot that day, and I felt a bit uncomfortable since they didn't have space fans for guests' needs. The solution they offered at reception was to open the window… but it was very uncomfortable sleeping because of the noise from the street.

The Spa

The location of the hotel was excellent - just steps from great restaurants, a shopping center, the city center, train station and the beach, making it incredibly convenient. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was clean, comfortable and fully equipped. Breakfast was also a highlight, offering a fresh and varied selection. A standout bonus was the on-site SPA, especially appreciated during our off-season visit. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Location to beach and restaurants was ideal. Rooms were clean and views spectacular.

Great quality stay, great care by team, Irene was great at check-in explaining all needed and setting great tone of stay, rest of team as well very helpful and welcoming, great SPA team at reception providing great service, as well treatment was delivered greatly, will definitely recommend and return. Being in industry myself I can strongly suggest place for anyone in business trip or family leisure stay.

However, despite all of this, I couldn’t give the hotel 5 stars. We paid for parking, which costs €25 per day. Parking here is such a problem that we didn’t regret spending the money at all, BUT for 3 days in a row all the spaces were completely full and there weren’t enough spots for several cars. Honestly, this was very frustrating, but not even the main issue. When I went up to the reception to ask them to solve this problem somehow, the man working there was extremely rude. Usually, there are girls and a young guy at the desk, and they always quickly send someone downstairs to help park the car outside of the marked spots temporarily. But this time, I asked this man why the same situation happens every day, and he started lying to me. He said that in the mornings it sometimes happens because some guests have already checked in and others haven’t checked out yet. When I told him that checkout is at 12 and check-in at 3, and that we couldn’t find a parking spot late in the evening, he just started ignoring me and talking to another employee. I waited and repeated my question, and then his female colleague started answering me. But he snapped his fingers right in front of her face several times and began speaking to her very aggressively in Italian. I don’t know if this is considered normal here, but I was shocked that he allowed himself to treat women like that. By the way, he never actually answered my question – he just told me to go to the parking lot and wait. We ended up waiting for 20 minutes, while on the previous days it only took about 5 minutes. Personal piece of advice: if you don’t like loud music blasting from a nearby café every day from 8 PM until 2 AM, and you can clearly hear it even in a 5th-floor room, then this hotel is not for you.

Definitely could have some improvement on the customer service and hospitality when accommodating foreigners. I don’t understand why were discriminated when it came to us ordering room service, we just wanted to eat like everyone else. I understand that there’s the language barrier and difficulty of communication but it was challenging for my wife and I to order room service during the afternoon hours.

I enjoyed the location, the staff, and the overall hotel The fact that they are currently doing renovations, but that is to improve the hotel further
