Everything is good for us. Even the staff was very nice. Thank you so much.

Location was great. The front desk man helped me find food and drink after my very late arrival with great recommendations for a Sunday night when most places were already closed. The balcony view was lovely and I liked hearing the live music coming from the the bar below. The water and Pepsi in the fridge are not free. I thought they were gratis and had to pay for them at the end of the stay. My mistake but I didn’t see any prices posted anywhere.

Simply the best Hotel at the Rimini strip! It has it's own pool, the beach view is gorgeous and the rooms are very clean. Breakfast is very long (12:00), you can go multiple times, take away item AND the best of it is that a real barista makes your coffee. The safe was not functioning in one of our rooms. Depending on the side, the window of the room might face the restaurant with the live band - they keep going until 3-4 in the morning. I recommend earplugs just in case

Excellent breakfast with Barista coffee. Very wide selection of meats, cheese, fish. Good selection of cakes /pastries. Honey from a full honeycomb. Option to take 3 items away as picnic, with containers bag and cutlery provided. Great location on seafront with many good restaurants nearby. Mattress a little hard..

This accomodation is among the nicest hotel experiences, Really can't and won't hide my delight by the way they made us feel welcomed as guests. Hotel is at very covinient location. Almost touching Lungomare promenade. Close to train station and not far away from most of city atractions. Accomadation is organized in an inteligent way and everything is functional and enjoyable. So many details expressed their seriousness, professionalism and dedication to their guest/s. Everything is so nicely composed. From decorations of room, bathroom, lobby, stairs, to small details regarding equipment and organization. It is simply impossible not to be satisfied with efforts they make and commitment they express. Bed is super comfy. We booked this accomodation knowing very few informations about it but now, we want to say huge thank you to all of them. Whenever I get the chance I'll return in this beautiful place. Some parts of equipment and furniture are ready to be changed, but having in mind price for the room and that everyting is functional we think its more than a good value for money spent. So, everything was fair and perfect.

Breakfast is quite good, but expensive. However it's allowed to pack some food into lunch box after breakfast. Close to the beach, 25 min walk from train station. Personnel is very friendly The walls are very scratchy and the room is tiny, so bed has to be next to the wall, i have scratched my hand multiple times in my sleep.

Superb

Staff are really friendly and put us at our ease straight away. Our two dogs were genuinely welcome. The breakfast deal was exceptional, with a free take away lunch as an extra. The view from our room, right over the beach, lovely.
