Grand hotel is exceptional , grounds, service, breakfast are above the desired. But we were in the small room on the top floor with very bad WiFi. I am not sure if it was an equivalent to the room we booked. Non existent WiFi in the room
-
The building next door to the grand hotel which is kind of like an overflow space. The rooms are not as good as the main hotel, but cheaper. Same breakfast and access to facilities as the main hotel.

Residenza Parco Fellini is an elegant boutique hotel adjacent to the Grand Hotel. Its staff are friendly, helpful, and eager to assist you with your visit to Rimini. Through Booking.com we received a room upgrade that was a nice touch. I have nothing negative to say about Residenza Parco Fellini.

Everything was perfect from beginning to the end. Stuff was very kind, the hotel makes you feel like you’re in the movie, beach is just perfect, garden and pool are beautiful. Setup and breakfast choices were just wooow. And we had gluten free and vegan requests. The breakfast at the terrace was such a great experience with a sunshine in between parasols, kindest stuff and delicious coffee and food. They even had matcha latte that was such a nice surprise. The food options were endless.. Nothing to say everything was absolutely perfect

Wonderful location, super historical building, antiquated furniture, big and cozy territory Terrible breakfast… poor selection of food.. no fish at all, poor selection of vegetables (only tomatoes, carrot, some lettuce and cucumber) ugly croissants.. honestly - doesn’t fit even with 3 star hotel

The room was over price, so it was the service... The beavh was 10 minutes walking from our hotel. The imbrella which was supposed to be included in the hoyel price, in fact they used to milk the clients some days €60, and others €80 p/half day!!! Breakfast and staff which should be qualified in foreign languages, brings serve us hot milk for oat milk!!! So desperate for money in an unfaithful and disgraced way!!! Very long walking in the beach. And no water sports, or boats like anyother 5☆ hotels in Europe.

We stayed 2 nights at the residence just behind the main building and were welcomed by very friendly and helpful staff that pays attention to detail. This stylish hotel has loads of history, welcomes an eclectic international clientele, offers an amazing breakfast buffet, a private pool and beach as well as a parking with valet service. We enjoyed every minute of our stay!

We had a wonderful time as e hotel is beautiful, service is impeccable, especially the breakfast was served with great attention to detail, we would like to give warm thanks to Cristina who every day welcomes us warmly, it really made our stay a great experience. Freshly made pancakes and coffee from the barista were a great highlight.

Breakfast buffet was good and staff very good. The restaurant and pool are close by in the main hotel providing good food. On one evening the main hotel had an excellent outdoor buffet on their terrace with professional entertainment too. The main hotel has the best beach facilities with sunbeds and a modern cafe/restaurant. The main restaurant is the best in the area too, advance booking advised. Buses nearby are regular to the historic centre of Rimini. Also a regular coach service stops nearby to San Marino. On the weekend of the 6 July a large music stage was erected by the hotel for a major music festival called Pink Fluid Romagna that takes place annually and is broadcast on RAI TV in Italy. Large crowds and music more suited to younger people. Fortunately our room was at the back of the hotel so it didn't disturb us much.
