Everything was really organized! The location is the best, specially in the night because the hotel entrance has 20 meters from the pavement which makes it quiet in the night. Accross the street is the beach 3min walk. Going to the right are the cafes and restaurants, mini grocery stores. Boutiques with really nice but inexpensive dresses and bikinis. Breakfast is wonderful as well as the dinner. The pool is nice and the water is not cold. They sometimes even have snacks (fingerfood) at the lobby bar. Easy to find. Perfect location. Super friendly team.

The location is excellent. For business travelers, this is an excellent value for money The breakfast is simple.

The room was nice and clean. The staff were always friendly and helpful. We also liked the location. It is close to the beach and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. We also used their free bicycles, but to be honest, Rimini isn't a very bike-friendly city. The breakfast was good. Sound insulation between rooms was very poor and other guests made noise until midnight. The fridge in the room made a loud clicking sound every now and then and woke us several times during the night. The place was nice, but we didn't get proper sleep. Breakfast could be improved by offering vegetables and more savory options.

Loved the room - newly refurbished and with massive balcony!! Location perfect and bed very comfortable Sound insulation not great as we could hear people from other rooms and room a bit too warm

My parents stayed in this property. Overall they loved their stay, beautiful hotel, comfortable rooms and decent food. Even while having full board and so many different options of food, they still charge you for food, which seems pretty odd. Also, they say the pool opens from 10am but we often had to wait till 10:30am. Another minus I would say is that check out is at 10am, while check in is at 14:00. 10am is super early for check out, some of us still sleep at that time :/

The cleaning ladies woke us up every morning slamming doors/toilets and kicking bins with supplies. Knocked over piles of metal something in storage room next to us and almost gave us a heart attack at 7am. Never had such bad sleep ever. This is the only complaint. Felt like they were trying to wake every single person up.

The breakfast and dinner provided by the restaurant was excellent. My son had an nut allergy and they did a great job ensuring he was well taken care of. The staff was great. They were doing some renovations in the elevator because it wasn't working. While sitting at the pool area, we were hearing a lot of noise from the renovations. There were some tools and supplies lingering in the lobby area which diminished the feel as a luxury hotel.

The location was perfect, The staff were so helpful and friendly It was very old and bad for a four star hotel, the rooms on fifth floor were awful for my parents, very old! some stuff broken! (Window’s shade and the temperature buttons) Although they were renovating some floors! So it might be better in future! No activities for children! No garden or room to play! We were there for 6 days and on third day they changed our room, we don’t know the reason but they were so kind that they moved everything themselves, although I had to pack some stuff and clean something out of the room, which with a kid was a bit unpleasant! Anyway we moved to a renovated room which was very nice! The bed was although broken, we found out at night when we were back, we managed some how to sleep that night, in the morning we told them and they changed the bed with no problem! The staff were super helpful and kind!

Very good

Everything was good! There was no hot water for 24 hours nearly!
-
The AC in our room barely worked, it was hot all night long.

The staff is helpful and kind. The room is awesome and beyond my expectations. The food and the drinks are incredible - very, very tasty. The rooms were always clean with new towels everyday, plus big bathtub with shower. The bed was super comfortable. The view was also great. To be honest - I can't think of anything bad. The room was always clean. Though the hotel is located on one busy street - the atmosphere was very, very quiet and calm. I guess, I wish I stayed a few more days.

Staff is very friednly, and offered me to change the room Breakfast was poor, and outside was very noisy

The staff were very friendly Very very very old. Needs refurbishing. Couldn’t charge my iPhone or Apple Watch. I’ve stayed in other hotels in Rimini. This one the plug outlets must of been from the 1950s. The walls are so thin you can hear everything the bathroom is so old. Not worth the money I gave.

One of the rare reasonably priced and open hotels in early November, perfectly located, close to the beach, about 10-20 mins walk to Tiberian bridge and old town, with private closed parking (not so cheap but safe). The old part of the hotel (exterior and interior) gives impression of Fellini's era ;) however the rooms, at least the one we had, are renovated. Breakfast with good choice. We liked coffee/tea maker in the room, and really kind staff. Also the bikes (free!) are a great option to reach any part of the old town in minutes. We were happy with the weather, up to 25 degrees in the last days of October/beggining of November, perfect for bikes and walking! Try to get the room that looks away from the main street - we imagine it can be loud in main season, but these days it was calm anyway; and our room looked to a little side street. We liked the hotel, and next time in Rimini it will be the first on our list to check availability :)
